Account deletion
Information about requesting deletion of a Contractor Support Co. account and how CSC handles those requests across its web, mobile, and support services.
In-app deletion request
If you can still sign in to the CSC iPhone or Android app, go to More → Settings → Account deletion and submit the request there.
If you cannot sign in
Email info@contractorsupport.co from the email address tied to your CSC account. Include any identifying details that help us locate the account, such as your company name, tenant name, or client relationship.
What happens next
- CSC reviews the request and may require information needed to confirm identity or clarify scope.
- The request applies to the CSC account tied to that user.
- Once completed, access to that account is removed and data is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
- Operational, billing, legal, security, and audit records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
